Good Morning!
Well, good morning to all! I have accomplished sleeping until almost 7 a.m. as of thisย morning! What's the big 'to-do' about? Well, two months back and for a good number of years prior to this I was not able to sleep, especially in the REM cycle. It put a lot of fear into me. Affecting my alertness, the heavy fatigue, my memory was affected a lot.
