My daughter gifted me a tattoo. A special one, she said, a must have. ‘Rev 21:4’.

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

She got the same tat. Mind you, she has not been a believer, but I pray this is a sure sign of her heart softening. I don’t know, I take it for what it’s worth and it’s priceless.

She quizzed me on the scripture over the phone but, when I went over to her home she showed me where she found the scripture.

It was in a letter that was addressed to all of my girls. One letter with this scripture in it and it hit my daughter’s heart after all these years. Almost 20 years ago I wrote that letter, the same time when I had been born-again. Amazing how powerful His Word is.

No, the whole scripture is not on me, just the Verse numbers. Giggles.

I couldn’t read the letter that day, so I can’t say what I wrote, but I am getting ready to look into it.

It is placed over my heart as she suggested and did the same.
